Who we are
CONROP, s.r.o. was established on 1 January 2013. We specialize in the development, production, and sale of technical textile products and flexible packaging, primarily for demanding industrial and specialized applications. Our production capacities are located exclusively in Europe. The company headquarters is in Bolatice, while our manufacturing and sewing facilities are based in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
We operate globally, with a significant share of our revenue generated through exports to more than 20 countries worldwide. We combine development, custom manufacturing, laboratory testing, and controlled quality into one integrated system. This allows us to offer not only standard products but also tailor-made solutions for specific customer requirements.
What we do
At CONROP, we focus on three interconnected areas.
The first area is flexible packaging and BIG BAGS. We develop and manufacture large-capacity bags and other flexible packaging solutions for the storage, handling, and transport of bulk materials. Our products are widely used especially in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Our portfolio also includes silo liners, container liners, and special-purpose products designed for highly specific applications, such as flood barriers, sewing threads, and woven webbing for bag production.
Another area is solutions for the defense and security sector. Our portfolio includes projects focused on defense and security applications. We specialize in the development and custom production of sewn technical textiles for military and security use, either as OEM production based on customer documentation or through joint development of new products.
Why we do it
Our goal is to respond long-term and flexibly to the needs of customers in segments where standard catalog solutions are not sufficient. We focus on applications that require high reliability, customized design solutions, consistent quality, fast response, and the ability to develop and validate new products. Alongside quality, our key strengths are flexibility, custom manufacturing, and on-time delivery.
Our mission
Our advantage lies in our ability to integrate development, production, and testing into a single process. This allows our customers to work with a partner capable of managing a project from the initial concept through to stable serial production.
Accredited testing laboratory
CONROP includes its own accredited testing laboratory (No. 1471), accredited in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025. In our laboratory, we verify product quality and also perform testing of selected textile materials for external customers.
We test FIBC bags and their structural parameters, woven fabrics, webbing, and sewing threads.
We also offer customers the possibility to test their own manufactured or purchased bags. After testing, we issue a test report. Upon request, customers may be present during the testing process.
Quality and certifications
Quality is not an add-on for us; it is a foundation. We base our production, development, and inspection on clearly defined processes, internal know-how, and laboratory verification.
We hold a wide range of certifications and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 27001, EN ISO 21898, EN ISO/IEC 17025, and State Quality Assurance Certification according to ČOS.
